The patriot act is one of many unconstitutional laws passed that strips us of our rights in the name of “anti-terrorism”. Here is another law that allows police to take any documents they choose without a warrant. They can seize any document (paper, photographs, video etc) so they can examine it and determine if they can seize it. They do not need a warrant, arrest, or a legitimate reason except “reasonable suspicion”. That means it warrants an individual officers OPINION. The law no longer sits in the hands of its citizens.
