Utah ends it’s own prohibition

Utah, the mormon state, has just ended one of its many absurd alcohol laws. Bottoms up. Previously in the state of Utah a parton would have to fill out an application and pay a yearly membership fee in order to enter the bar. Mandatory cover charge and job application to go into a bar?
