Bolivia Killer!

There is a taxi cab driver killer on the loose! But the police have managed to get a sketch of what he looks like. If you are traveling to Bolivia be sure to watch out for this very distinct character. The Policia de Bolivia are working hard on this case.

He is the latest known photograph of the killer. Be on the watch!
