Projects

Website remodel. After 2 1/2 days straight of working on it I finally remodeled my website. Have a look. I didn't bust my ass on it to have it collect dust.

Also a few fun facts.
If you type in hesh sesh into google, my blog comes up number 5. Working to get it up and running higher.

New Year

Happy 8. I was a little dissapointed this morning. When I awoke and looked outside there were no flying cars, no aliens amongst us and food was not in pill form. The future is supposed to be all those things and more. I feel ripped off. Better luck next year.

A few New Years photos.

Day at the Beach

Lobster carcass

This is the last thing you would see if you were being eaten by a sea aenenome. Fortunately this is not a spelling b or I'd be f**ked

Hermit crab.

If I can't see you then you can't see me

Yes that's right, this sea ane******me ate a lobster.

This one ate every last bit and he wouldn't let it go for shit

Here are a few photos I snapped while at the beach beneath thousand steps. I didn't want to bring my whole entourage or I might try too hard to get a cool shot. I used my little SD630 and played with the digital macro.

Witch Fire Ashes

On the Saturday after the fires I ventured down Del Dios highway to see the damage. I went with my roommate Randy Laybourne and Dustin Koop. The damage was incredible melted windshields and flattened fiberglass boats. There was the footprint of a fallen tree burning on the forest ground and junk heeps that were once called home sweet home. Here are some of the photos. click the title to see the rest of them.

Night shots

I went out at 130 in the morning to take photos of the eclipse in August. I had fun but I ended up taking more photos of the beach and city at night than the actual eclipse. I love photography. Here's some photos

Lake Powell August 2007

I recently took a trip to Lake Powell. I got some amazing photos and had a great time. Kate Rice got to experience the Utah desert in all of it's heat and wonder. The lake was 85 degrees so the heat was never an issue. Mike Petschek discovered the need for an extra battery for his camera. Amber Hill, Peggy Petschek and Kate Rice bonded over margaritas. They also plotted and schemed nicknames for everyones that they served drinks in. Stevey Hill mastered the art of towing a tube and throwing people out of it. That tube was going so fast on those turns. One time Wesley Hill jumped the tube off of a wake and he himself was chucked above the tube that was already airborne. Despite the generator and steering issues it was a lot of fun for everyone that was there. Lake Powell is an incredible raw landscape with an enormous lake in the middle of it. Lake Powell was so rural that until the lake was created 50 years ago, it was the most untouched land in the United States. There is still virgin soil in many places surrounding Lake Powell.

ok here are some photos.
